Federal immigration application bundle

Most translation projects are priced per word. Our base rate for standard documents is CA$0.17 per word. Legal, technical, and certified projects carry a premium rate. Certification and notarization are flat-fee add-ons.

No. All translation is performed by human linguists. We do not use AI or machine translation output in any client deliverable. Our accuracy rate depends on this.

Certified translation includes a signed statement from the translator confirming accuracy, along with their credentials. This is typically required for immigration, legal proceedings, and academic submissions.

Standard documents (under 1,000 words) are typically delivered in 3-5 business days. Website localization and large documents take 7-14 days. Rush 48h delivery is available as an add-on.
