Terms of Service

These Terms govern all translation services purchased from Snowy Sky Translations Inc. By purchasing, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Services

Snowy Sky Translations Inc. provides professional translation and transcription services delivered digitally. Services include document translation, website localization, certified translation, legal translation, technical translation, and transcription. No physical products are shipped.

2. Delivery

All work is delivered digitally as translated documents or files via email or shared access. Access begins within one business day of confirmed payment. Specific timelines are listed in our Delivery Policy.

3. Confidentiality

All documents submitted for translation are treated as confidential. We do not share client materials with third parties except as needed to deliver the service. Translators are bound by confidentiality agreements.

4. Accuracy

All translations undergo a two-linguist review process. We guarantee the quality of our work. If you identify an error, we will correct it at no charge within 30 days of delivery.

5. Intellectual property

All translated documents are owned by the client on full payment. We retain no rights to client content.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ottawa, Ontario.
